Esencial Hogar began as an online platform designed to inspire. Founded by Celina Wright, a former Senior Designer at Mark Cunningham who helped launch his eponymous line - Marked. After moving from New York City to her native El Salvador, her goal was to elevate the ordinary and make gathering around the table memorable. What began as a small online shop offering an edited selection of globally sourced treasures quickly grew a following. 

Combining her passion for design and textiles, Esencial’s linen collection was a natural next step. Our fabrics are produced by the finest manufacturers in India and our table linens are all cut and finished in El Salvador. Gathering around the table has always been a fundamental part of my life. It is where big announcements or decisions are made, where stories and jokes are told. Our linens are meant to elevate the everyday. We believe beautiful pieces should be enjoyed always, not just for special occasions.
